Content: The workshop focuses on practical strategies to support doctoral researchers in managing their projects, time, and work processes more effectively. 

Topics include:

• Understanding basic principles and methods of classic and agile project management
• Flexible application of project management tools and strategies (e.g. milestones, sprints, time boxes)
• Adjusting plans while taking changing contexts into account
• Improving time management through focus techniques and structuring methods
• Dealing with supervisors and other stakeholders
• Developing strategies for efficient academic writing
