- Common obstacles and why it is sometimes hard for us to communicate right
- Attitude behind a good and clear communication that helps us to effectively communicate and to identify/tackle conflicts before they escalate
- Methods and techniques that help us develop a good communication style: 4-ears model, active listening, I-message and non violent communication
- Many opportunities to practice and discuss the methods with exemplary, difficult situations common in the science community
