Target group: Registration and Attendance in the prior "R Beginners" course or Familiarity with R, R-Studio, R variables, R Data Types, R Operators, R Data Structures, R Function, R Plots(base), Descriptive Statistics - Advanced workshop: 20. & 21.11.2025
Target group: Attendance in the prior "R-Beginners" and "R-Intermediate" course or Familiarity with R, R-Studio, R variables, R Data Types, R Operators, R Data Structures, R Function, R Plots(base), Descriptive Statistics, R Control Flow, R Loops, apply Family, tidyverse, ggplot2, Inferential Statistics and PCA.
Times: 9 am - 5 pm (all days)
Content: These intensive courses covers everything from basic programming in R to advanced statistical analyses relevant to molecular biology.
Participants will learn through a mix of lectures, hands-on exercises, and interactive discussions. By the end of the course, you should be able to perform data manipulation, create visualizations, and conduct statistical analyses using R. Participants are expected to have the following installed on their computers before the course begins:
R, R-Studio, Git as well as additional Packages that will be announced the course's GitHub Page.
