Workshop: Good Communication in a Scientific Environment

Time: 9 am - 5 pm
Course content: (Mis-)communication in academia with supervisors or colleagues can cause a lot of stress and problems for PhDs, who would rather like to focus on their projects.
This workshop focuses on: common obstacles and why it is so hard to communicate right, attitude behind good communication, methods and techniques that help you to communicate clear, responsible and good: 4-ears model, active listening, I-message and non-violent communication, Many opportunities to practice these methods with exemplary situations common in the for PhDs in the science community.
